No more Peel Sessions

John Peel, a man of impeccable musical tastes, has died. Loved by
many, the future of music is impoverished without his shepherding.

Mark E. Smith, Britain's preeminent scribbler, was on the BBC. Asked if he felt gratified that Peel considered Mark's band, The Fall, his favorite band, replied:

Well, I guess he was objective, wasn’t he?
