We have a lot of words in this language of ours, and we don’t even have a word for what [Trumpo] is. I wish I knew more German; surely buried somewhere in Nietzsche or Heidegger is some perfect seven-syllable word for the type.

They won't find it there, but Trumpista, works. Only three syllables for the sui generis. Or if you recognize what you're hearing, use the N word, Deutschland 30's-40's version. [Fall reference]   ¶ 6:57 PM
